This policy covers what Verified Hotel Codes collects, what our advertising partners collect, and how to turn the personalised-advertising part off. Last updated: September 17, 2026.
We don't operate user accounts. There is no signup form, no login, and no comment system on this site, so we don't hold names, email addresses, or passwords for visitors.
Standard server and network logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like essentially every website, requests to it produce routine technical records — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — used for serving the site and for security. We don't use these to build profiles of individual visitors.
Analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are used in aggregate to see which pages get read. We'll update this section if that changes.
This site is intended for a general adult audience — specifically people looking up corporate travel rates. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Pages here link out to hotel booking sites and other external pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices. Check the policy on any site you land on.
Some of those links are affiliate links. If you click one and then book or buy something on the partner's site, that partner may pay us a commission. That payment comes out of the partner's pocket, not yours, and it does not decide what gets listed here: codes are taken from independent listings and each one carries the date it was last checked. Booking partners may also set their own cookies when you land on their site, which is governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
If the site starts collecting something it doesn't collect today, this page gets updated before that change goes live. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
