Hampton Inn Corporate Codes
Hampton Inn runs on Hilton's corporate account system — but not on the same numbers as Hilton's own brands. Hampton belongs to the group Hilton acquired from Promus Hotel Corporation in 1999, and that group has kept its own set of codes ever since. This page covers which codes apply at Hampton, why they differ from the Hilton numbers, where to enter them, and which ones we could not confirm.

Why Hampton Inn uses a different number than Hilton
Hampton Inn, DoubleTree, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites and Home2 Suites all came to Hilton the same way: through its 1999 acquisition of Promus Hotel Corporation. More than twenty-five years later, the corporate account numbers that arrived with those brands still have not been folded into Hilton's own. The practical result is that a single employer can hold two separate Hilton corporate numbers — and the one printed on your travel profile may not be the one that works at a Hampton.
Two things follow from that, and both are worth knowing before you search:
- Two numbers, one company. GE's number for Hampton and the other acquired brands is 0072799100; its number for Hilton's own hotels is N0001398. Siemens splits the same way: 302844100 and N0079268. Neither is a typo, and neither is more correct than the other.
- The N-code is the tell. Numbers beginning with N belong to Hilton's traditional and newer brands — Hilton Hotels, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, Curio Collection, Tapestry, Tru and Hilton Garden Inn. Long plain numbers belong to the acquired group. It is not a perfect rule, but it is a fast way to tell which of your two numbers to try first.
How to enter a Hampton Inn corporate code
- Go to hilton.com or open the Hilton app, and enter your destination and dates.
- Click Add Special Rates in the search box.
- Select Corporate Account as the rate type.
- Enter the company's code in the Corporate Account field.
- Click Find Rates. Hampton properties honouring that code will now show their corporate rate.
- If nothing changes, try the company's other number. A code that works at a Hilton Garden Inn and returns nothing at a Hampton is expected behaviour, not an error.

Complete list of verified Hampton Inn corporate codes
2 codes below, each confirmed in three independent listings. One caveat, stated plainly: all three listings confirm that the code exists and belongs to that company, but only one of them separates Hilton's numbers into an acquired-brands column and a Hilton-brands column. The other two label everything "Hilton". So the code is well attested; the claim that it is the Hampton number rests on a single source.

Codes to check before relying on them
33 codes below, each listed by a single source. We are not saying they are wrong — we are saying no second listing corroborates them. Only one source we found splits Hilton's codes by brand group at all, so every entry here inherits that single-source limitation. Test before relying on any of them.

Not one number on this page starts with N — and that is the whole point
Google's own question box for this search asks What is the corporate code for Hampton Inn? There is no such thing. Hampton Inn has no code of its own — what exists is one number per employer, and the number that works at a Hampton is, in most cases, the second number in that employer's Hilton agreement. We counted ours on 11 October 2026: 35 numbers on this page, 2 of them verified and 33 in the check-first table, and not one of the 35 begins with a letter.
Run the same count on our Hilton corporate codes page and it comes out inverted. That page's main table lists 41 companies and 69 numbers, and 36 of those 69 begin with a letter — N for Hilton's traditional and newer brands, D in two cases. Two lists of Hilton numbers, one carrying 36 letter-prefixed numbers and one carrying none. That gap is not an editorial decision on our side; it is what the two pools actually hold.
We then matched the two pages against each other, company by company. Twenty-four companies appear on both. For seventeen of them, the number on this page is the same number that sits second in that company's Hilton row once leading zeros are removed: 3M (N0001542 / 0232757100 on the Hilton page, 232757100 here), AT&T (322768100), Bank of America (52752100), Berkshire Hathaway, Coca-Cola, Deloitte (601560 / 0383264100 there, 383264100 here), Disney, General Motors, Home Depot, McDonald's, McKesson, Nestlé, Oracle, Shell, Target, Volvo and Wells Fargo. No company produces a partial overlap — where the two pages share a number they share it exactly, and where they do not they share nothing at all.
Seven companies appear on both pages with numbers that never meet: Siemens (302844100 here; 323009803 / N0079268 on the Hilton page), Accenture (560001833 here; N0156333 / 10850857 there), BASF, Dow Chemical, Ford, Harley Davidson and JCPenney. In every one of those cases the Hampton-side number is a plain nine- or ten-digit figure ending in 100 and the Hilton-side number is an N-code. Two listing pools, two number families, one company. If you type the N-code at a Hampton and the rate does not move, this is the reason.
Eleven companies are on this page and absent from our Hilton page entirely: GE (72799100 — one of only two entries here that clears three listings), BP, Blackstone Group, Dell Computer, Federal Express, Honda, IBM Corporation, Masco Corporation, McKinsey & Co., Procter & Gamble and United Parcel Service. GE is the sharpest case: our Hilton page quotes N0001398 for GE in its explanation, but carries no GE row in its table, because no listing we trust puts a GE N-code and a GE Hampton number side by side.
The 35 numbers here fall into three lengths and one suffix pattern. Twenty-seven are nine digits, six are eight, two are seven, and twenty-one of the 35 end in the digits 100. No source we read explains what the 100 marks, so we are not going to invent a meaning for it. It is useful only as a way to recognise the pool: a plain number ending in 100 with no letter in front of it is the shape this brand group's numbers take.
What the search returned. We ran hampton inn corporate codes and corporate codes hampton inn in a signed-in browser on 11 October 2026. The top result is the same third-party Hilton list in both phrasings, seven of the domains in the two top tens are the same, and neither contains a coupon site. Two phrasings, one result set — which is why both are answered here rather than split across two URLs.
What we did not count. aeropenguin.com ranked seventh today and is already dropped whole-source: we set that aside on 2 October and re-confirmed it on 9 October — it mirrors a pool already on this site, lists the same company twice under two paddings of one number, and carries no dates and no provenance. scribd.com, github.com, the Reddit threads and hilton.com are excluded by rule as a document host, a code repository, forum posts and the brand's own help page, and siemens.com is one employer's own travel PDF rather than a listing.
Two listings are worth naming because they rank for this term without answering it. hiltoncorporatecodes.com titles itself “Complete List of Verified Discount Rates”; we read it today and it runs to 89 table rows holding 77 N-codes and 4 plain nine-digit numbers, and the word “Hampton” appears zero times in it. A complete list that contains no Hampton number is complete for one brand group only. goingawesomeplaces.com ranked ninth in the second phrasing; its table carries the hotel family, the company name and an average discount, but no code values at all — its “Apply Code” column is a link button, and the same entry repeats across rows with different discounts (Accor STAR at 4%, 22% and 22% in three consecutive rows). Neither raises a source count here.
Nothing was added or removed today. The verified table still holds 2 rows and the check-first table still holds 33. Counting our own two pages against each other is not corroboration — it is two views of the same evidence — so no number moved between the tables on the strength of it.
Cross-check run 11 October 2026; both lists re-read on the same day.
Restrictions (as the listings state them)
- Corporate rates are tied to an organization's negotiated agreement. You can use a code only if you have a genuine affiliation with that organization — employee, approved contractor, or, for university rates, faculty, staff or students covered by the agreement.
- Expect to be asked for proof at check-in or pre-arrival: a company or university ID, a business card, or a corporate email address. Many properties never ask; the front desk always can.
- If eligibility can't be established, the hotel can reprice your stay at the best available public rate. Using a code you're not entitled to is a gamble, not a strategy.
- A valid code can still return nothing at a given Hampton Inn on a given date, and having two numbers per company doubles the chance you are holding the wrong one. Search results that simply show no corporate rate are the answer — try the other number before giving up.
- University entries are negotiated for that institution's own community and are not general-purpose codes.
- Most corporate rates can be cancelled free up to the property's own deadline, but confirm the rate rules shown with your specific booking rather than assuming.

How we checked the Hampton numbers
This page has the smallest verified table on the site: two numbers, GE's 72799100 and Siemens' 302844100, each carried by three independent listings. Against that, 33 numbers sit in the check-first table.
The reason for the gap is not that Hampton codes are hard to find. It is that all 33 of those check-first entries come from a single source. Not a majority of them — all of them. One public listing publishes a substantial Hampton number list, and nothing else we checked corroborates any part of it.
That is the whole problem in one sentence. A rule that requires two independent sources cannot be satisfied when only one source exists, no matter how long the list is. GE's and Siemens' numbers reached the verified table because two further listings carry each of them — every one of the 33 rows below had nothing to be checked against.
Why a single list cannot satisfy a two-source rule, and how that rule is applied across the site, is set out on how we verify a code.

What a one-source table looks like
It is worth seeing the shape of the problem, because it is different from the problem on the other brand pages.
On the Hilton page the listings disagree with each other, and we can resolve most of it because there are two primary documents to anchor against — Siemens publishes its own US and Canada hotel programme, and Hilton publishes its own rates help page. An aggregator that contradicts a primary source is easy to catch. Nothing like that exists for the acquired brands. Hampton has no published employer programme we could find, and no Hilton help page covering the Promus numbers specifically.
So the check-first table on this page cannot be read the way the tables on the other pages are read. On those pages a long check-first table means the listings contradict each other. Here it means something narrower: one list, unverified, with nothing to compare it to.
Two details from that single list illustrate how little can be concluded from it:
- 19 of the 33 numbers end in 100 — 232757100, 322768100, 303136100, 102780100 and so on. That looks like an encoding rule for the acquired-brands account system. It could also be one editor's habit. With a single source there is no way to tell which, so we describe the pattern and do not build anything on it.
- Blackstone Group's 560054725 is listed against Team USA in a different listing. Two organisations, one number, one listing each — the same collision pattern seen on other pages, but here there is no third reading to break the tie.
What this page is for, then. It tells you which numbers circulate for Hampton, why they are not the same as the Hilton numbers, and how much weight the list can carry — which is not much. If your employer holds a Hampton number, your own travel desk is the only source that can confirm it. If you have an N-code that returns nothing at a Hampton, that is expected: read the section above on why the acquired brands kept their own numbers.
