Holiday Inn Corporate Codes
Holiday Inn has no corporate code system of its own — it runs on IHG's Corporate ID. This page covers which of those IDs work at Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, what the discount actually looks like at this brand tier, where to enter the code, and which entries we could not confirm.

How Holiday Inn corporate codes actually work
Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Resort and Holiday Inn Club Vacations are IHG brands. When you search for a "Holiday Inn corporate code", what you are actually looking for is an IHG Corporate ID — a negotiated account number that IHG applies across its brand family, Holiday Inn included. There is no separate Holiday Inn-only codebook, and any listing claiming otherwise is either re-packaging IHG IDs or inventing numbers.
Two consequences follow from that, and both matter before you book:
- One code, many brands. The same ID works at InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Kimpton, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. It is not tied to a single roof.
- The discount is not the same at every roof. IHG splits its brands into tiers, and the negotiated discount gets thinner as you go up. Holiday Inn sits in the Essentials tier alongside Holiday Inn Express and avid hotels — and that tier is where corporate rates are both deepest and least likely to be challenged at the front desk. These are high-volume business-travel properties; filling rooms at a negotiated rate is exactly what they want to do.
How to enter a Holiday Inn corporate code
- Go to ihg.com (or the Holiday Inn app) and enter your destination and dates.
- On the search form, open Rate Preference — or, on the results page, look for the rate filter panel.
- Find the Corporate Code field. That is the exact field name IHG uses; it is sometimes shown as Corporate ID on partner landing pages.
- Paste the code and re-run the search. Properties offering the negotiated rate will now show it.
- If no corporate rate appears, that code does not apply at that hotel, on those dates, or under that contract. Try another — availability is per-property, not chain-wide.
- Always compare the corporate rate against the IHG One Rewards member rate. The member rate is sometimes lower, and it carries no eligibility risk at check-in.

Why this list and our IHG list are not the same list
Holiday Inn has no codebook of its own, so every number on this page is an IHG Corporate ID. We publish two lists built from those IDs: this one, filtered to the Holiday Inn brand family, and the group-wide one on our IHG corporate codes page. On 9 October 2026 we ran the two against each other, company by company. Thirty-five companies appear on both pages, twenty clear the verified table on both, and on thirty-four of the thirty-five the two pages carry exactly the same number. The remaining company overlaps — the two pages share at least one number, and one of them carries an extra. No number on either page contradicts a number on the other.
Where the two pages disagree, they disagree about how much evidence sits behind a code, not about what the code is. The split is sharp enough to list:
- Ten companies clear two or more listings at group level but only one that ties them to this brand: Ford (103772), General Electric (102806), Fujitsu (100016221), Kraft (105406), Lowe's (924806), NetApp (954284247), Target (888400), Loyola University (478113), Rutgers University (100189760) and University of Texas (99502056). On the IHG page they sit in the verified table. Here they sit in the check-first table.
- Two run the other way: Perkopolis (787158528) and Walmart (293512) clear two listings that tie them to this brand family, so they sit in the verified table on this page. On the IHG page they are single-listing entries and sit in the check-first table.
- One company carries a different set of numbers on the two pages. Lowe's is the only case where the two pages hold non-identical sets: this page has 924806, the IHG page has 924806 and 100211707. The shared number means there is no contradiction — one page simply holds a second number the other does not list.
The reason the two pages diverge is that they ask different questions of different pools, and that is the whole explanation. The IHG page asks whether a number is a real Corporate ID with two independent listings behind it. This page asks the same question of the smaller set of listings that attach the number to Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. A company can pass the group question and fail the brand question for no reason other than nobody having written “Holiday Inn” next to it. Absence from the verified table here is not evidence against a code. It means we have brand-level corroboration for 22 IDs and group-level corroboration for 30, with the overlap between the two sitting at 20.
Practically: the booking form has one Corporate Code box, and it does not care which page you copied the number from. If your employer is one of the ten, take the number from the IHG page and type it in — you are using an ID we have confirmed at group level on a brand where we have only one listing behind it. If your employer is Perkopolis or Walmart, this page is the stronger of the two for the same reason in reverse. The number does not change. The evidence behind it does.
One entry on this page is not an employer. Perkopolis is a Canadian employee-perks programme: an employer buys access for its people, and the IHG rate comes with the membership. If your company subscribes, the number is reachable through your Perkopolis account rather than your travel department, and that is the only entry in the verified table here that is an affiliation code rather than a direct employer negotiation.
What the search itself returns. We ran holiday inn corporate codes and holiday inn corporate code in a signed-in browser on 9 October 2026. Neither top ten contains a single Holiday Inn page: every brand result is an IHG-level page, and the top result in both phrasings is the same third-party IHG list. One position changed between the two phrasings — the singular returned an employer's own travel PDF at five and a Facebook post at four, neither of which is a listing. Two phrasings, one list, which is why both are answered here rather than on two URLs.
Two sources on that page are not counted. aeropenguin.com ranked second today. We dropped it on 2 October and re-read it today: its IHG list runs to twenty-eight distinct numbers and every one of them is already on our site, General Electric appears twice under two different paddings of the same number (000102806 and 102806), and the page carries no dates and no stated provenance. A source that mirrors a pool without adding to it does not raise a source count here. travelcode.pro ranked seventh and is new to us; its published dataset is version 2025.1, last updated 15 December 2025, and holds three IHG entries — 3M 101672, which we already carry on three listings, an AARP code, which is a membership rate rather than a negotiated one, and an entry its own file labels historical. Nothing there earned a row, so it is not counted as a source this round.
Cross-check run 9 October 2026; both lists re-read on the same day.
Restrictions (as the listings state them)
- Corporate rates are tied to an organization's negotiated agreement. You can use a code only if you have a genuine affiliation with that organization — employee, approved contractor, or, for university rates, faculty, staff or students covered by the agreement.
- Expect to be asked for proof at check-in or pre-arrival: a company or university ID, a business card, or a corporate email address. Holiday Inn properties ask less often than IHG's luxury tier, but the front desk always can.
- If eligibility can't be established, the hotel can reprice your stay at the best available public rate — and because that usually happens at check-in, the free-cancellation window has normally already closed. IHG's member terms also allow the account to be closed for misuse of corporate rates, which can mean losing your points balance.
- Participation is uneven. A valid code can still return nothing at a given Holiday Inn on a given date. Search results that simply show no corporate rate are the answer — the code does not apply there.
- University entries are negotiated for that institution's own community and are not general-purpose codes.
- Most corporate rates can be cancelled free up to the property's own deadline, but confirm the rate rules shown with your specific booking rather than assuming.

How we checked the Holiday Inn IDs
Because Holiday Inn runs on IHG's Corporate ID rather than a codebook of its own, there is no separate Holiday Inn verification to do: the numbers on this page are checked at the IHG level, against the same public listings, and then filtered to the ones with evidence attached to this brand family. 22 IDs reached the verified table here, and 16 sit in the check-first table.
The 16 break down simply: every one of them is a single-listing entry. There is no case on this page of two listings actively contradicting each other — which is worth saying plainly, because it means the check-first table here is not a list of suspicious codes. It is a list of codes nobody has bothered to corroborate.
The rule is unchanged: two independent listings agreeing puts an ID in the verified table; one listing puts it below. Where two listings contradict each other, both readings would be shown rather than one being picked — that simply did not happen for the IDs attached to this brand.
The rule behind that split, and how we decide what counts as a source, is on how we verify a code.

When an IHG Corporate ID returns nothing at a Holiday Inn
This is the most common thing that goes wrong, and it usually is not the code's fault. Work through these in order before you conclude a number is dead:
- Check what you actually have. IHG circulates more than corporate IDs — promotional codes, member-registration codes and seasonal offers all live near the same field. If the string you have is short and has no company attached to it, it is probably not a Corporate ID at all. A code that shows up in a coupon round-up is almost never one.
- Try a different property before a different code. Participation is decided by the individual hotel, not by the brand. A suburban Holiday Inn Express that takes the rate and a downtown Holiday Inn that does not is normal — it is the property declining the rate plan, not the ID being wrong.
- Try the field again from the results page. If you entered the code before searching and nothing changed, the rate filter panel on the results page carries the same Corporate Code box. Re-entering it there re-runs the search with the code applied.
- Check which brand tier you are booking. The same ID produces a thinner discount at a Premium or Luxury & Lifestyle property than at an Essentials one, and a small or zero discount can look like a failure when it is the tier working as designed.
- Compare against the member rate anyway. Even when a Corporate ID works, the IHG One Rewards member rate is the number to beat. A corporate rate that comes in above it is not worth the eligibility question at check-in.
What we cannot tell you is whether a given ID will work on your dates at your property. We do not test codes in a live booking engine, and we say so on every page here — a code that is genuinely valid can still return nothing on a sold-out Tuesday.
