How to enter a Hyatt corporate code

  1. Go to hyatt.com and open the booking form for your destination and dates.
  2. Look for the Special Offer Code and/or Corporate or Group Code field on the search form — that is where Hyatt's booking pages take a corporate code.
  3. Type the company's code in that field, then search.
  4. If no corporate rate comes back, the property may not participate — try nearby Hyatt properties or different dates.
  5. Compare the corporate rate against member and public rates before booking, and keep proof of eligibility ready for check-in.
What these codes look like: most Hyatt corporate codes are plain numbers, but some carry an NC or CR prefix (for example NC95864). Use the code exactly as written — we keep the prefix because the listings do.

Frequently asked questions

Do Hyatt corporate codes work for anyone?

No. Corporate rates are tied to a company's negotiated agreement, so a code can be used only by people with a legitimate business affiliation — employees, clients, or suppliers the company has cleared. Expect to show a company ID or a verifiable work email at check-in; if eligibility can't be established, the hotel can reprice the stay at the best public rate.

Why does the same Hyatt code appear as NC and CR?

Four verified codes carry an NC prefix: Accenture NC95864, General Electric NC16700, General Motors NC12964 and SAP America NC98733. None of the three CR codes found anywhere — CR15724, CR53968 and CR21875 — cleared a second independent listing, so none are in the verified table. In three cases the same number is published both ways, which is why the code should be typed exactly as written, prefix included.

Where do I enter a Hyatt corporate code?

On hyatt.com, open the booking form for your destination and dates and use the Special Offer Code and/or Corporate or Group Code field, then search. If no corporate rate comes back, that property may not participate.

How many Hyatt codes here are verified?

Deloitte — the Hyatt code

If you are looking for a "Deloitte Hyatt code", it is 20725. Three independent listings carry it, all three attribute it to Deloitte, and none of them flags it as unverified.

If you work at Deloitte: book through the firm's internal travel tool. The negotiated rate is the same, and the booking carries the firm's own audit trail — that is what protects you if the front desk asks you to confirm eligibility.

NC and CR — the same Hyatt code written two ways

Of the 27 codes in the verified table above, 22 are plain numbers, one is the letters AAA, and four carry an NC prefix: Accenture NC95864, General Electric NC16700, General Motors NC12964 and SAP America NC98733. No code in that table carries a CR prefix, and none of the three CR codes we found anywhere — CR15724, CR53968 and CR21875 — cleared a second independent listing. Two of the three are claimed by two different companies each.

The prefix is where people lose a code that works, because in three cases the same number is published both ways:

Two listings writing one company two different ways is not two agreements. It is one number recorded differently. If the bare number returns nothing at your property, try it with the prefix; if the prefixed version is rejected, try it without. Keep the letters exactly as the listing writes them — no listing we checked states which of the two forms Hyatt's booking field expects, and we cannot confirm it from Hyatt.

One of the listings ranked for this search sorts Hyatt codes into plain numbers, NC codes and CR codes, and describes the NC group as national codes that work across more properties. Our own counts do not contradict that, but they are far too small to support it: four NC codes cleared two listings, three CR codes cleared none. What the counts do support is narrower — prefixed codes are a minority in the corroborated table, and a prefix on its own tells you nothing about how deep the discount runs.

Four of the 27 corroborated Hyatt codes carry an NC prefix and none carry a CR prefix; GE, Microsoft and Amazon each appear with and without the prefix.
27 corroborated Hyatt codes: 22 are plain numbers, one is AAA, four carry an NC prefix, none carry a CR prefix. GE, Microsoft and Amazon each appear in the listings both with and without one.

One source we dropped for this brand. We do not count corporatecode.org as a source for Hyatt. The codes in its Hyatt table do not line up with the companies printed beside them — it gives Bank of America 17500 (an AAA number), BMW 15985 (AAA again), BNP Paribas NC95864 (Accenture's), Deloitte 66267 (Costco's) and IBM 13307 (GE International's). That is a rejection of the whole source, not a deletion of the odd row.

Hyatt's own page in these results is its corporate travel programme, listed as Hyatt Leverage Corp Trav — that is the route for a company that wants its own agreement, not a list of codes. The numbers on this page are the ones third-party listings have already published, and they are what an individual traveller has to work with.

We ran both spellings of this search — hyatt corporate codes and hyatt corporate code — in the same session on the same morning. The same listing ranked first in both, and seven of the nine non-AI results were the same domains in both runs. That is why this page carries both spellings rather than two separate pages.

What adding the word "discount" does to this search — one result moves

On 16 October 2026 we ran this search three times in the same signed-in browser, using the same script: hyatt corporate codes, hyatt corporate discount code and hyatt corporate discount codes. Across the three runs 27 web results came back, plus one slot taken by Google's own AI answer block. Not one of them was a coupon or promo-code page.

Eight of the nine web results were the same in all three runs. The one slot that changed is the whole answer to what people are actually asking:

The word "discount" did not pull coupons into the results. It pulled Hyatt's own member rate. That leaves three routes to a lower Hyatt rate, and only one of them is a code:

A coupon is not one of the three. A page offering a "Hyatt coupon code" or a "Hyatt promo code 2026" is not selling the same thing these three are, and we do not publish those numbers here.

Google's AI answer block appeared once — position four, in the run without "discount". Both runs with "discount" came back with nine web results and no answer block. We are not going to call that a rule about the word: the block has appeared and disappeared on other searches we ran this month.

Of the three code sites we track, milepro.com appeared in all three runs, at positions two, three and one. hoteldig.com appeared in all three, at three, four and four — and it is still the one we cannot read: our direct request to it returned 403 today, the tenth time this month, so we count it as seen in the results and not as a source. corporate-codes.com appeared in none of the three, the same nil it posted for Marriott on 15 October — and yet it is one of the four sources behind the tables above, and its front page answers 200 today. Being shown and being a source are two different things: this one is a source that was not shown.

We do not count four of these results as sources for Hyatt: scribd.com, a document host; github.com, a code repository, which we keep out of the source count everywhere on this site; the reddit thread, where people ask each other rather than publish a list; and aeropenguin.com, which we rejected whole-source on 2 October. The four sources behind the tables above are unchanged by today's runs.

One detail about how Google words this: it asked about coupon codes in the run without "discount", and about discount codes in both runs with it. Neither version returned a coupon site.

Three of the questions Google put alongside these results, answered directly:

Two runs of the Hyatt corporate code search side by side: eight of nine results are the same domains; the ninth is upgradedpoints.com without the word discount and a second hyatt.com member-rate page with it.
16 October 2026, three runs in one browser: eight of nine results came back in all three. Without "discount" the ninth was a guide site; with it, a second hyatt.com page — the member rate.

Today's three runs did not add or remove a single code. The corroborated table is still 27 rows and the check-first table is still 59.

Codes to check before relying on them

These are either confirmed by only one listing, or the listings disagree with each other, or one listing flags them as unverified. Test before relying on any of them.

The three searches that actually reach this page

These are not our guesses and they are not Google's suggested questions. They are the exact strings people typed, read out of this site's own Google Search Console data for the 90 days from 25 July to 22 October 2026: 161 queries, 1,913 impressions, 55 clicks. 157 of those 161 queries got no click at all, and between them they account for 32% of the impressions.

Three of them land on this page. Every one of them is answered by a row that is already in the tables above — the page simply never said so in words.

Three real searches from this site's Search Console data:
24 October 2026, read from Search Console (90 days to 22 October): 161 queries, 1,913 impressions, 55 clicks. Three of them land on this page — and every answer is already in the tables above.

"special rate: 54749" — 6 impressions, position 4.7, zero clicks

54749 is BCG. It is in the second table above — the one for codes that a single listing carries — last checked September 2026. The first half of the query is the name of the field on Hyatt's booking form — the "How to enter a Hyatt corporate code" section above calls it Special Offer Code and/or Corporate or Group Code. So the question behind this string is simply: is this number a Hyatt corporate code, and where does it go. It is, and from today this page says the number out loud. Until now 54749 appeared in these tables but never in a sentence — which is part of why a page sitting in fifth place for it was collecting no clicks.

"hyatt pwc code" — 2 impressions, position 11.0, zero clicks

There is no single PwC Hyatt code. Four listings give four different numbers: 176893, 136556, CR15724 and 26594. Our rule is that a code needs two independent listings before it moves into the verified table, so all four stay in the second table and none is presented as the answer. PwC is the only company on this page carrying four codes; EY has three (NC95864, 100676, 60279), five more have two each (Amazon, Google, Samsung, TVL Rate, WPP Group), and the remaining 42 of the 49 companies in that table have one.

One of the EY numbers is worth flagging: NC95864 is the same string as the verified Accenture code in the first table, and a single listing attributes it to EY instead. That is exactly why one-source rows stay where they are — we do not promote them, and we do not delete them.

"hyatt apple corporate code" and "apple hyatt code" — position 1.0 with one click, and position 8.0

Apple is 32993 — two independent sources, last checked September 2026, and it is in the verified table above. This is the only company-plus-code query in the whole 90-day window that produced a click on this page.

One that belongs to a different page

Another bare number was typed inside the same window: 10850857, one impression, position 7.0. That is an Accenture code — but a Hilton one, and it lives on our Hilton page, not here. We report that it turned up in this site's query list; we do not explain why Google counted it against us.

Search Console data read 24 October 2026, window 25 July – 22 October 2026 (90 days). Tables above unchanged: 27 verified rows, 59 single-source rows, no code added or removed.

Restrictions (as the listings state them)

Last updated: September 2026.

How we checked the Hyatt codes

27 codes reached the verified table above. 59 more sit in the check-first table — more than twice as many. That ratio is not a sign that Hyatt is hard to search. It is a sign that the listings carrying Hyatt codes contradict each other more than the listings for any other group on this site.

Hyatt codes circulate in points-and-miles write-ups, in aggregator tables, and in a handful of forum threads. Unlike Hilton, Hyatt publishes no employer travel document we could find, and no single listing dominates the way one or two do for other groups. So the work is not reading one good list — it is reading several mediocre ones and seeing where they part company.

The rule is the same one used across this site: a code enters the verified table only when at least two independent listings agree on it. Where they disagree, both readings are printed side by side in the check-first table instead of being averaged or guessed at. On this page that happened 59 times.

The source hierarchy behind that rule is set out on how we verify a code.

Cross-check details last reviewed: October 2026.

Where the Hyatt listings disagree

Almost every one of those 59 entries falls into one of two patterns.

One number, filed under different companies. This is the clearest evidence that a table has been copied rather than checked:

One company, several numbers, none of them agreeing.

What this means if you found a Hyatt code somewhere else. There is a fair chance it is one of those 59. That does not make it wrong — it means no second listing corroborates it, and we cannot tell you which of two conflicting readings is the current one. Given how often the same digits turn up under unrelated companies here, a number that exists in exactly one place deserves one extra test before you plan a trip around it.
