How to enter a Hilton corporate code
- Go to hilton.com or open the Hilton app and pick your destination and dates.
- Click Add Special Rates in the search box.
- Select Corporate Account as the rate type.
- Type the company's code in the Corporate Account field.
- Click Find Rates. Properties that honor that code will show up; book if the corporate rate beats Best Available.
Hilton Honors points and elite-qualifying nights still accrue on a corporate booking — the code does not void your status.
Frequently asked questions
Why does one company have more than one Hilton code?
The verified table lists 41 companies and 69 numbers, and 27 of those companies appear with more than one number (IBM appears with three). One negotiated agreement does not produce one universal code — it produces a code per brand group, and each listing records whichever ones it happened to capture. Most companies carry an N-code (N plus seven digits) for Hilton's traditional brands plus a plain number for the others, so some companies need both searches.
Is a Hilton corporate code the same as the small-business rate?
No. A corporate code is a negotiated rate tied to a named company's agreement: you need the code and an affiliation with that company. Hilton also runs its own program for small businesses, where the business signs up with Hilton and books a discounted rate with no code at all. If your employer has no negotiated agreement, that program is the legitimate route.
Where do I enter a Hilton corporate code?
On hilton.com or in the Hilton app, pick your destination and dates, click Add Special Rates, choose Corporate Account as the rate type, type the code and click Find Rates. Hilton Honors points and elite-qualifying nights still accrue on a corporate booking.
How many Hilton numbers here are verified?
41 companies and 69 numbers, each confirmed in at least two independent listings, most recently checked in September 2026. Entries that could not be confirmed by a second source are kept in the check-first table.
Other hotel corporate code lists
- Hampton Inn corporate codes — Hilton's largest midscale brand, checked separately.
- Hyatt corporate codes — 27 codes, and what the NC prefix means.
- Marriott corporate codes — the same two-source standard applied.
- IHG corporate codes — 30 codes, and the two-length question.

Why one company has more than one Hilton code
The table above lists 41 companies and 69 numbers. That gap is the reason this search is usually typed in the plural: 27 of those 41 companies appear with more than one number, and IBM appears with three. One negotiated agreement with Hilton does not produce one universal code — it produces a code per brand group, and each listing records whichever ones it happened to capture.
- N-code (N plus seven digits): 34 of the 41 rows carry one — Accenture's N0156333, 3M's N0001542. These are the numbers that price on Hilton's traditional brands.
- Plain number: the second number on the same row — Accenture also carries 10850857, 3M carries 0232757100. Nine or ten digits, and the one that prices across the rest of the portfolio.
- D-prefix: two rows carry one — FFEIE (D600198360) and Sixt (D343260360). No listing we checked explains what the D means, so we reproduce both exactly as they appear rather than guess.
- Seven rows carry no N-code at all: Akzo Nobel, Deloitte, FFEIE, HP, MVP, Sixt and Volvo Car Corp. Try an N-code pattern on one of those and you will conclude the code is dead when it is simply a different shape.
Is there a "best" Hilton corporate code? That question sits in Google's own people-also-ask box for this search, and the honest answer is that no such code exists. A corporate code is a key to one company's agreement. The best code is the one your own employer issued you; a code belonging to a company you have no affiliation with is not a better rate, it is a rate the property can reprice at the desk. What "best" means in most listings is only "appears most often" — a comment on how widely a code was copied, not on what it saves you.
What we dropped. Two listings in the top ten for this query are not counted here. corporatecode.org carries a Hilton table that mirrors the same pool and adds no code we have not already confirmed elsewhere; we also do not use that site to raise a source count, because its Marriott table does not line up row by row — BMW is given Boeing's number and Boeing is given Cardinal Health's code. aeropenguin.com ranked fourth when we checked in October 2026, but returned nothing we could read (429 to a plain request, an empty document in a real browser), so nothing on it is verified here.
Two ways to type it, one result set. We ran both orderings in a signed-in Chrome on the morning of 3 October 2026, about a minute apart: hilton corporate codes and corporate hilton codes. Google put the same page first both times (milepro.com), the same two-year-old r/Hilton thread second, and the same Siemens hotel program PDF third. Eight of the ten domains came back in both runs — only their order moved. What differed sat at the edges: one run showed Google's AI summary at position four and the other did not, and goingawesomeplaces.com, corporatecode.org and hiltoncorporatecodes.com traded places instead of appearing together.
What that means for you. There is no second list hiding behind the reversed word order. Swapping the words changes who ranks, not which codes exist — so a site that splits these two phrasings across two URLs is splitting one answer in half. We keep both on this page, and we say which listing each number came from, because the order of the words tells you nothing about the order of the codes.

What the top ten looked like on eight mornings — and what the word list does to it
We have now run this search in a signed-in Chrome on eight dates — 2, 3, 13, 14, 17, 19, 21 and 23 October 2026 — and today we ran it four times in one morning, changing one thing at a time: codes, then code, then code list, then codes list. Re-parsed with the same script, six domains came back on all eight dates. What the batch word does is smaller than anything we have measured on this page: it moves one slot of the ten, and it moves the same one both times.

The 23 October column comes from today’s run with no extra word, so it compares like for like with the seven earlier dates. That run returned seven web pages and three of Google’s own answer blocks — the same split as 21 October, and the fewest web pages this search has given us. The asterisk on 14 October marks a position taken from that day’s second spelling, hilton corp codes.
- Six domains came back on all eight dates: milepro.com, reddit.com, hilton.com, github.com, aeropenguin.com and facebook.com. milepro.com has now been first on all eight. Today’s plain run returned the same seven web pages as 21 October’s, in a different order, with one slot of the ten held by a different domain.
- The one that left has now missed twice in a row. siemens.com — an employer publishing its own hotel programme as a travel document, and one of the anchor listings behind this page — was third on 2 and 3 October, eighth on 13, ninth on 14, tenth on 17 and 19, and is absent on 21 and 23 October. Siemens’ row in the verified table is unchanged: 323009803 and N0079268, four listings, last checked September 2026. We do not move a row because a page lost a position, and we do not reinstate one because it came back.
- The ten slots are still seven web pages. On 2 October this search returned ten web results and not one answer block from Google. Today’s plain run returned seven web pages and three blocks, the same split as 21 October and the fewest pages in any of our captures. Anyone quoting a “top ten” for this search today is quoting a top seven plus three panels Google wrote itself.
- Ten spellings, one list. The 2 October run wrote hilton corporate codes; 3 October reversed it; 13 October wrote corporate codes for hilton hotels; 14 October shortened it to corp; 17 October added discount; 19 October added hotel; 21 October swapped the noun for rate; today we ran code, code list and codes list as well. Ten ways of asking, one core set of listings behind them — which is why all of them stay on this page rather than each getting a page of its own.
What the word list does — same signed-in Chrome, same morning, four runs: hilton corporate codes, then hilton corporate code, then hilton corporate code list, then hilton corporate codes list. Across the four, 28 web results and eleven of Google’s own answer blocks, and not one coupon site among them. Earlier tests on this page changed one thing per run; today separates the two changes people actually make — dropping the plural, and asking for a list.
| Domain | codes | code | code list | codes list |

| aeropenguin.com | 3 | 3 | 6 | 4 |
| github.com | 4 | 5 | 7 | 5 |
| hilton.com — Hilton Honors rates and discounts | 5 | 4 | 8 | 8 |

| Google’s own answer blocks | 2, 6, 9 | 2, 6 | 2, 3, 9 | 2, 3, 9 |
| Web results in the ten slots | 7 | 7 | 7 | 7 |
- Adding list moves one slot — and the same one both times. The tenth place is corporate-codes.com in the plain run; in both runs that contain list it is scribd.com, with a PDF called Corporate Hotel Codes Overview 2025. Every other domain holds across all four runs. That is the smallest effect we have measured on this page: one word, one slot, and no change to the nine above it.
- What comes into that tenth slot is a PDF. We have said since 14 October that we do not publish one, and today shows what fills the gap instead: an uploaded document on a file-hosting site, carrying a single year in its title and no date per row. Every row in our table carries its own last-checked month and its own source count, which is exactly what a flat file cannot carry. Being shown in that slot is not the same as being maintained.
- The spelling without the plural is the one that behaves differently. hilton corporate code is the only run of the four that brings siemens.com back — ninth place, after it missed both 21 and 23 October — and the only one where Google offers two answer blocks instead of three. It is also the only run in which neither scribd.com nor corporate-codes.com appears at all.
- hoteldig.com gains the most from the batch word. It sits at eight in the plain run, seven in the singular, and fourth in code list — among the best positions it has held in any of our captures. It is the only one of the three sites we track that moves up because of the word in today’s batch. A direct request from our network returned 403 again today, the sixteenth time, so we still have not read a Hilton list on it and it does not enter our source count.
- corporate-codes.com appears in one run of the four and nowhere else. It is tenth in the plain run and absent from the singular and from both list runs. It answered 200 today and still carries an “October 2026” date, and it remains one of the listings behind the table above: not being shown and not being a source are two different statements, and this is the seventh time we have had to say so.
What are the current Hilton MVP codes? Two words in that question do no work. There is one MVP row in the table above, not a set: 560041604, confirmed in three listings, last checked September 2026. A negotiated rate does not turn over on 1 January, so current does not point at a newer number, and asking in the plural does not produce a second one — MVP is one employer with one agreement. It is also one of the seven rows with no N-code at all, so if you have been trying an N-prefixed number for it, that is why nothing priced.
What is the Marriott G2D code? That question appeared in Google’s box on the hilton corporate code run today — a Marriott question inside a Hilton search, which is worth reporting even though we cannot say why it was placed there. The answer is not on this page: G2D is General Dynamics, and the number sits in the verified table on our Marriott corporate codes page, where two independent listings agree on it. A code is an agreement between one employer and one group, so it never crosses from one to the other — if you are booking Hilton, the 41 companies and 69 numbers above are the whole set.
What is the Hilton corporate code? There is no single one, and the table above is the evidence: 41 companies and 69 numbers, because a code is an agreement between one employer and one hotel group. The related question in today’s box — “what are the best Hilton corporate codes for 2026” — has the same shape of answer: there is no best one either, and why one company has more than one Hilton code sets out why a single employer can hold three. The only thing that decides whether a code works for you is whether you work for the employer it was negotiated with.
What are the corporate codes for Hilton in 2026? The verified table above is the answer: 41 companies and 69 numbers, every row last checked September 2026. Nothing on this page carries a 1 January expiry — a negotiated rate runs until one side ends the agreement, so "the 2026 list" is not a separate document that replaces what is here. If your employer is missing from that table, it means no two independent listings agreed on a number for them; the two tables further down are where those sit.
Are there any promo codes for Hilton? Two questions in today’s box — this one, and “what is the promo code PR11PN for Hilton?” — ask about public offers rather than negotiated rates, and we do not publish them. The two are not variations of each other: a promotion is an offer anyone can use, a corporate code is a price tied to a named employer. That string appears nowhere on this page and in none of our Hilton data files, and no code in the verified table is written in that shape — every one is a run of digits, sometimes with an N or a D in front. The full difference is set out in corporate discount codes vs Hilton’s own small-business program.
Search captured 23 October 2026; earlier captures 2, 3, 13, 14, 17, 19 and 21 October 2026.
The full record — all eight dates, every domain, and the four same-morning word variants — is on the SERP notes page, together with the chart and the method.
Accenture — the Hilton codes
Accenture is the clearest example of the two-number problem on this page. Its codes for Hilton's traditional brands are N0156333 and 10850857; a third number, 560001833, appears in one listing under the acquired-brands column. If you have only one of them, try the others before concluding that nothing works.
Deloitte — the Hilton codes
Deloitte holds two Hilton numbers, and they are not interchangeable: 601560 for Hilton's traditional brands, and 0383264100 for the brands Hilton acquired from Promus in 1999 — Hampton Inn, DoubleTree, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites and Home2 Suites. Which one works depends entirely on which roof you are booking.
Corporate discount codes vs Hilton's own small-business program
Two different things get called a "Hilton corporate discount". A corporate code — what this page lists — is a negotiated rate tied to a named company's agreement: you need the code, and you need an affiliation. Hilton also runs its own travel program for small businesses, where the business signs up with Hilton and books a discounted rate with no code at all. If your employer has no negotiated agreement, that program is the legitimate route, and no third-party code replaces it.
- You have a code from your employer: use it as described in the steps above. If it appears not to work, try the other number for the same company — the N-code / plain-number split is the single most common cause.
- Your employer has no agreement: Hilton's own small-business program is the honest path. You sign up with Hilton directly, and the rate is Hilton's own — no listing site sits in between.
- You found a "Hilton discount code" on a coupon site: check whether it names a company. If it does not, it is a public promotion rather than a corporate code, and it does not belong in a table like this one.
Codes to check before relying on them (not confirmed by two sources)
| Company | Code | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Ford | 001344746 | listed in one source only |
| Intel | 41943 | listed in one source only |
| Microsoft | 43773 | listed in one source only |
| Hella | 112976674 | listed in one source only |
Unverified or expired codes (do not assume these work)
| Company | Code | Why listed |
|---|---|---|
| AAA | AAA | marked unverified in a listing that otherwise confirms the others |

Restrictions (as the listings state them)
- Corporate rates are tied to a company's negotiated agreement. You can use a code only if you have a legitimate business affiliation with that company — as an employee, a client, or a supplier the company has cleared.
- Expect to prove it at check-in: a company ID, a work email address the hotel can verify, or other quick proof. Hotels increasingly verify eligibility, and enforcement is uneven by region.
- A code being listed is not permission to use it. If the hotel determines you don't qualify, it can reprice your booking to the best public or loyalty rate.
- Most corporate rates are intended for business travel. Leisure trips are a gray area, and some leisure destinations won't honor the code at all.
- Availability varies by property and date. Not every property shows every corporate rate even when one exists.

How the groups compare on corroboration
Set the groups side by side and one column stands out — how many codes had to be parked in a check-first table because the listings would not agree:
| Group | Confirmed | Check-first |
|---|---|---|
| Hilton | 69 | 4 |
| IHG | 30 | 36 |
| Hyatt | 27 | 59 |
| Wyndham | 13 | 38 |
| Choice Hotels | 2 | 33 |
Hilton's figure counts numbers, not companies — the table above lists 41 companies and 69 numbers. The other rows count codes one per row.
Hilton is the only group here where the corroboration problem is close to absent. The reason is not that Hilton documents its own codes well. It is that two of the anchor documents for this search are not code aggregators at all: Siemens publishes its own US and Canada hotel programme as an employer travel document, and Hilton publishes its own rates-and-discounts help page. Those are primary sources, and when an aggregator contradicts them the contradiction is easy to see.
Where a group has no primary anchor, every listing is downstream of every other one, and copying mistakes propagate with nothing to catch them. Choice is the extreme case: two confirmed IDs against thirty-three in the check-first table. Nothing about that page is hard to read — there simply is not much underneath to read.
What that buys you on this page is detail. A disagreement here is rare enough that we can show you every case individually rather than summarise a pattern.
The comparison above uses the same test applied everywhere on this site; the full method is on how we verify a code.

Notes on the five entries that did not make the verified table
Four codes sit in the check-first table and one in the unverified table. Each one, and exactly what is wrong with it:
- Ford 001344746, Intel 41943, Microsoft 43773, Hella 112976674 — each appears in exactly one listing. Nothing contradicts them and nothing corroborates them; there is simply no second reading to compare against.
- AAA — the listing that carries it marks it unverified while confirming the other codes around it. When a source doubts one of its own entries we move that entry out of the verified table, even though the same source is otherwise usable. A source that flags its own row is telling you something worth listening to.
Four out of sixty-nine is the thinnest check-first table of the five groups compared above, and that is the point of the comparison: it measures how well the public listings agree with each other, not how good a group's codes are.
