Wyndham Corporate Codes

Multi-source verified Wyndham corporate codes, how to enter them, who they're restricted to, and which ones we could not confirm.

Affiliate disclosure: some links from this site to booking sites may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you book through them. That has no effect on which codes we list. See our Privacy Policy.

How to enter a Wyndham corporate code

  1. Go to wyndhamhotels.com and open the search box for your destination and dates.
  2. Open the Special Rates dropdown on the search form, then select the Corporate Code option and type the code in. (Some listings describe this field as Corporate/Promo Code — it is the same box.)
  3. Confirm and search. Wyndham will show the lowest available rate first, which is not necessarily the corporate rate.
  4. Open the individual property to see whether the code is actually honored there — when it works, the rate is shown with the company's name attached.
  5. Compare the corporate rate against the Wyndham Rewards member rate and other public discounts before booking. Corporate rates still earn full Wyndham Rewards points.
What these codes look like: Wyndham corporate codes are long numeric account numbers, mostly in two ranges — 1000xxxxx and 8000xxxxxx — with a few shorter ones such as 55067752 and 803277. Some listings pad a code with leading zeros (00803277); we treat that as the same code as 803277. Enter the digits as the booking form accepts them.

Wyndham 40% off — what that number actually is

If you came here looking for a "Wyndham corporate code 40 off", the 40% is real but it is not a corporate code. It is the travel advisor rate: Wyndham gives travel professionals 40% off the Standard Rate for personal leisure travel once they complete its Travel Advisors program. It is keyed to agent credentials, so it never appears in a corporate-code table — and no corporate code reproduces it.

If you are a travel professional: the 40% rate comes only through Wyndham's own Travel Advisors program — it is administered by Wyndham, not by any of the listing sites. If you are not, the corporate codes above are the mechanism that applies to you, and they are tied to the organisation you actually belong to.

Why IBM, Siemens and Deloitte clear two sources everywhere except here

Wyndham is the only brand page on this site where the big-employer path runs dry. Of the 13 Wyndham codes confirmed in two or more independent listings, not one belongs to a company with a national travel contract. They are universities (University of Buffalo, University of California), professional societies (AIChE, ASCP), a teachers' union (NYSUT), a purchasing co-operative (EC Purchasing), membership and discount networks (ABN, The Employee Network), a real-estate franchise brand (Century 21 System), a volunteer organisation (Civil Air Patrol), and three entries the listings publish only as short names (AMAC, MTA, SmithBucklin). The number that clears the two-source bar is also the smallest set on this site — 13 codes, against 22 on Holiday Inn, 27 on Hyatt, 30 on IHG, 41 on Hilton and 66 on Marriott.

The employers people search for by name are in the listings. They just never clear a second one. Here are four of them, counted the same way on every brand page we run:

CompanyWyndhamHoliday InnHyattIHGMarriott
IBM12332
Siemens12232
Deloitte11313
Accenture——4—4

Number of independent listings carrying that company's code. Our bar for the table at the top of this page is two.

Two of the four Wyndham numbers carry a second problem: the only listing that prints IBM's 1000012142 and Siemens' 8000003449 also flags its own entry as unverified. Deloitte's 8000001238 is carried by one listing with no flag, and Accenture does not appear in any Wyndham listing we checked. On the other four brand pages the same employers clear two, three or four listings — and IBM's 243132 and Siemens' 104256 each appear on both of our IHG-family pages, which is what independent agreement looks like in this market.

What this does not mean. A single-source code is not a fake code. It means no second independent listing carries it, so we cannot tell you it is current. What the pattern does say is where to look: if you work for a large employer, the Wyndham number you want is far more likely to reach you through your own company's travel booking tool or staff benefits portal than through a public list. The codes that survive public cross-checking on Wyndham belong to organisations people join, not companies people work for.

What the results for this search were, on 6 October 2026. Read in a signed-in browser, the top ten were goingawesomeplaces.com, milepro.com, two pages on wyndhamhotels.com (the OfferFit Friends & Family rate and an Access Development members page offering up to 20%), hotelcorporatecodes.cc, a Facebook post, help.wyndhamrewards.com with an article headed “Why Does a Company Have Both a Corporate Code and a …”, a Scribd document, and abcglobalservices.com on the 40% travel-advisor rate. No coupon or promo-code aggregator made the top ten — which is why this page lists agreement codes rather than vouchers. Three of the nine are Wyndham's own domains, and each of those is a programme page rather than a code table.

One of them is worth connecting back to the tables here: Wyndham itself hosts a members page for Access Development, which sits in our check-first table below at 8000000082 with one listing giving the same number to Brandwide Discount. Wyndham publishing a page for that programme is evidence the programme exists. It is not evidence about the number, which is why it stays below the line.

Zero of the 13 confirmed Wyndham corporate codes belong to a large employer; the same four employers clear two to four independent listings on our Hyatt, IHG, Holiday Inn and Marriott pages.
13 confirmed Wyndham codes and not one belongs to a large employer. The same four employers clear two to four independent listings on our Hyatt, IHG, Holiday Inn and Marriott pages.

Finally, the shape of the number will not tell you which kind of code you are looking at. Purdue University's 8000003137 and Rutgers' 8000003312 sit in the 8000 range that also carries ABN, while University of California's 1000005337 sits in the 1000 range. Ranges group how numbers were issued, not who can use them.

Restrictions (as the listings state them)

How we checked the Wyndham codes

Wyndham codes are unusually well documented for a mid-size programme — thirteen IDs on this page are each carried by at least two independent listings, and two of them (ABN's 8000000066, Civil Air Patrol's 1000008946) are carried by four and three listings respectively.

The programme behind them is also unusually uniform. Almost every confirmed Wyndham code is an association, university, union or purchasing-cooperative number — ABN, Civil Air Patrol, The Employee Network, AIChE, AMAC, ASCP, EC Purchasing, MTA, NYSUT, SmithBucklin, University of Buffalo, University of California. There is no large employer list here, and that is a property of the programme rather than a gap in the search.

The full method — including the three patterns that get a listing discarded — is on how we verify a code.

Where the Wyndham listings disagree

Two of the disagreements are about ownership — the same number claimed for two different organisations — which is the clearest sign that a listing has been copied rather than checked:

What the numbers themselves tell you. Wyndham corporate codes are long account numbers, and the confirmed ones fall into two visible ranges: 1000xxxxx for institutions and associations, and 8000xxxxxx for discount networks and purchasing groups. A few sit outside both — SmithBucklin's 55067752 is eight digits, University of Buffalo's 100232108 is nine, and Century 21 System's 803277 is six. Seeing an eight-digit number where you expected ten is not by itself a reason to distrust it.
